So how is our engagement process?

Requirement Gathering

At this stage, we gather the requirement from the prospect and understand their business objective.  Based on their requirement, we suggest a marketing plan to meet their business goal.

Create a Marketing Plan

Once we understand the prospect’s business objective, we define their buyer’s personas. Based on the buyer persona, we proposal them a marketing plan along with estimated expenditure.

Contract Sign

Once the client agrees on the plan and defined marketing budget, we prepare the contract for the client. In our contract, we share the complete project details, the SOW (scope of work) and marketing activities we’ll perform to achieve the objective. The contract also includes the details of the dedicated manager who will be assigned when the projects start, escalations, working hours, and payment terms.

Start of the Work

Once the plan is approved & the contract is signed, the client will be given a dedicated manager as one point of contact. The client can discuss all the queries, plans and get updates from the Project Manager. Project Manager will be available during working hours on Skype, phone, e-mails, Whatsapp, etc. The client can choose the appropriate medium to contact him/her.

Performance Report

We are very transparent with our work and we share all performance statistics, work accomplished and future plans on a weekly or monthly basis. We’ll send a detailed description of our activities including our performance, analytics, traffic evaluation & all work-done complied during that period in a report. Once the report is sent we also fix up a time to explain the report to our client over the voice call.

Customer Feedback

Customer feedbacks are very important for us to keep serving you well. We take customer feedback from our customers on a regular basis to confirm if they’re happy with our services. We aim to keep our client happy and build a long & healthy relationship with them. It is very important for us to keep our client satisfied and listen to their complaint (if any).

Apart from the scheduled discussion, we are available from Monday-Friday of every week for any business or project related discussion. We do not limit ourselves to a particular task, instead, we work together with our customers and grow together.
