Cancellation Policy for Dintellects
At Dintellects, we value transparency and a smooth working relationship with our clients. Our billing structure is based on a monthly retainer, ensuring that you receive consistent and effective service. Below is our cancellation policy:
- Monthly Billing Cycle
We bill clients at the start of every month for the upcoming month’s services. Once the billing cycle has begun, there is no provision to cancel services mid-month, as resources and strategies are already allocated and in progress. - Notice Period for Cancellation
If you wish to cancel our services, you must notify us at least one week before your renewal date. This allows us to properly conclude any active campaigns or projects and ensures a smooth transition. - No Refunds for Partially Used Services
Due to the nature of our services and the upfront allocation of resources, no refunds will be provided for services that are partially used within the billing cycle. - Ongoing Obligations
Any contractual obligations, such as minimum duration terms, must be fulfilled before a cancellation can be processed. Should any such commitments exist, you will be required to honor them before terminating services. - Final Billing
Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, we will generate a final invoice covering any outstanding fees. This includes any additional work outside the agreed monthly retainer or special projects initiated during the final billing period. - Global Service Scope
As we serve clients worldwide, it is important to note that any changes or cancellations to services must be coordinated based on your local time zone, as stipulated in the contract.
